1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or registering for a tournament on Hello Tournaments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, and our Cancellation Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate name, contact, and organization details when creating an account, and verify your email address before the account is active. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. One account is permitted per player.

3. Eligibility

Players register under a school, college, club, or independent affiliation and must meet the age-group requirements published for each category. Players under 18 must provide a parent or school/club coordinator as their contact on file.

4. Entry fees and payment

Creating an account is free. Entering a tournament category requires payment of the entry fee shown at checkout, processed in INR through Razorpay. A registration is confirmed only after payment is verified.

5. Code of conduct

Players must follow the rules and regulations published for each tournament, including check-in requirements and standards of sportsmanship. The tournament director may issue warnings, disqualify a player, or withhold a refund for misconduct.

6. Changes to a tournament

Tournament dates, venues, and categories may change before the event. Registered players will be notified by email of material changes.

7. Limitation of liability

Hello Tournaments facilitates registration and payment collection on behalf of tournament organizers. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in an event.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
