Getting started

How to register.

Everything that happens between "I want to play" and "I'm on the court" — step by step.

Step 1 — Create your free player account

Go to Create account and fill in your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and a profile photo (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, under 2MB). You'll also add a parent or school/club coordinator as a contact, choose your sport, state, and city, and set a password. Creating an account costs nothing — you only pay when you enter a tournament category.

Step 2 — Verify your email

While filling in the form, click Send code next to your email field. A 6-digit verification code is generated for that address — enter it and click Verify before you can finish creating your account. This confirms the email is really yours, since your registration confirmations and tournament notifications go there.

Step 3 — Find an open tournament

On the homepage, browse the Open tournaments section. Use the state and city filters to narrow the list down to events near you. Each tournament card shows its sport, dates, venue, and location.

Step 4 — Choose your category

Once you're logged in, click View categories & register on a tournament to see its categories — things like age group (Under 11, Under 17, Open/Senior) and format (Singles, Doubles). The category list automatically disables any category you're not age-eligible for, based on your date of birth and the tournament's start date, so you can only pick a category you actually qualify for.

Step 5 — Pay your entry fee

After choosing a category, you'll see the entry fee and a Pay entry fee securely button. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Your registration is only marked confirmed after the payment is verified — you'll get a unique registration ID (like HT-000123) to reference it.

Step 6 — Track your matches

Once the tournament desk starts recording results, visit Your track record to see every match you've played — opponent, score, and whether you won or lost — plus your full registration history in one place.

Frequently asked questions

Is signing up really free?

Yes. Creating a player account has no cost. The only charge is the entry fee for a tournament category you choose to enter, shown upfront before you pay.

What if I don't see the verification code arrive by email?

In local/test environments without email configured, the code is shown directly on screen when you click Send code. Once the site's email service is fully set up, it will arrive in your inbox instead.

Why is a category greyed out?

Categories are age-restricted (for example, "Under 13" or "18+"). If your age on the tournament's start date doesn't fit that category's range, it's disabled so you can't accidentally register for the wrong group.

Can I register for more than one category?

Yes, as long as you're eligible for each one — just repeat the registration steps for each category and tournament.

What happens if I need to withdraw after paying?

See our Cancellation Policy for the refund schedule, and our Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.

Can schools register multiple students?

Each player needs their own account with their own email, since accounts are individual and tied to one person's age, photo, and match history. A school coordinator can be listed as the parent/school contact on each student's account, and can help students through the sign-up steps above.
